Everything you need to know about Red light
Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin, offering a variety of health benefits. This therapy, originally developed by NASA for plant growth experiments in space, has since been extensively researched and is widely used for skin rejuvenation, muscle recovery, pain relief, and more
Red light therapy add-on sessions last for 10 minutes and it’s recommended to use the therapy 3-5 times a week for optimal results.
What Should I Wear/Bring To Class?
Wear lightweight, breathable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Avoid heavy fabrics or excess layers that may cause you to overheat.
We encourage you to own your practice and bring your own mat, however we have mats that are available to rent for $5. Sweat towels are mandatory - no towel no entry. Be sure to bring a water bottle. There are filtered water taps for you to fill your bottle up.
You also might want to consider bringing a change of clothes for after class as well as a clean towel if you plan on showering. We have shower towels available to hire for $4.

At a distance of just 6 inches, it provides an impressive 189mw/cm2 (measured using a solar meter) and maintains an average of 90mw/cm2 at the same distance for a Light Spectrometer verified reading.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
To see noticeable benefits from any exercise, consistency is key. Even just attending just one class a week will show significant results over time.
Each Session helps to improve flexibility, build strength and reduce stress contribution to an overall sense of well- being.
By committing to regular practice, whether it’s once a week or more, you’ll gradually notice improvements in your physical and mental health, allowing you to fully experience the transformative power of hot pilates, yoga & strength.
What Is The Difference Between Hot Yoga And Hot Pilates?
Hot yoga and hot pilates classes both harness the power of heat to enhance the workout experience, yet they diverge in focus and execution. Hot yoga revolves around yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, emphasising flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
Conversely, hot pilates centres on mat-based Pilates exercises aimed at strengthening the core, improving stability, and toning the entire body. While hot yoga emphasises spiritual elements and the connection to breath, hot pilates prioritises physical fitness and functional movement.
Both modalities offer invigorating workouts tailored to diverse fitness goals and preferences, making them valuable additions to any wellness routine.
How many times a week should I workout to see benefits?
Incorporating hot Pilates and yoga followed by red light therapy into your routine at least three times a week offers a holistic approach to wellness.
Hot Pilates and yoga improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity through dynamic, heated sessions that enhance detoxification and circulation.
Complementing these practices with red light therapy accelerates muscle recovery, reduces inflammation, and promotes cellular rejuvenation.
This combination supports overall fitness, accelerates healing, and boosts energy levels, helping you feel your best and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
